Common Questions

When is my financial aid disbursed?
Aid is typically disbursed 10 days before the first day of each semester. You'll receive an email when your aid has been applied to your account.
I need to appeal my aid package — what do I do?
Join the Financial Aid Walk-in Queue and request a Professional Judgment Review. Bring supporting documentation (tax transcripts, employer letters, etc.).
Can I set up a tuition payment plan?
Yes — join the Express Bursar queue or call +1 508 555 0600. Payment plans divide your balance into monthly installments with no interest.
I received an outside scholarship — how do I report it?
Email scholarship@nscu.edu with the award letter. Your aid package will be reviewed and updated within 5 business days.
